Mam please can you explain that in periodontitis first bone loss occurs or PDL attachment loss?? because according to the pathway of inflammation,the inflammation first reached bone and then PDL
@@5minDENTISTRY rarely inflammation reaches the pdl directly, mostly it reaches the pdl through bone ....then how does pdl attachment loss precede bone loss? Mam explain please
