It's pretty deep and intense right now. Like so intense Everyone has their point of breaking but using the tools helps. When I'm walking now I don't bring a phone with me and the other day I went back sea swimming as a form of distraction and being in nature. You get quicker messages from the earth as well by being directly in nature. Weaning yourself off the phone is hard but I tried to do it everyday now.
I had a crummy day a couple of days ago. I woke up too early & couldn't nap. I went to visit my daughters & do laundry cuz my water softener isn't working. I was kinda weepy & sad. But my girls were encouraging & lovely. Makes me so grateful for them! So the next day was much better with some sleep & prayers. ❤
Hope you are feeling better , Toronto was flooded tge other night from all the rain..Watch The Water ! ( tgere was wild turkeys in my back yard Monday nught , l live in tge city ))
Thank you Abby, many times over the years I am triggered into anger and I ketch myself and work to build my frequency back up. What you said about not apologizing, we are humans with hearts that feel really helps. I will no longer apologize or ask creator, my higher self etc. to forgive me for that slip when I have them. I am grateful to have feelings and I will honor them.

Dear Abby, I would just like to clarify one point which wasn’t clear to me- about immigrants. Am I right in assuming that this is something triggering/scary in this context?
@@katia1860 no my trigger point wasn’t about immigrants it was because riot police attacked civilians that were not causing damage or being aggressive.
The mention of Bill Gates immediately snatched some of my energy momentarily. He is now a blip in history, passing through the sewer of a bygone era (with all the other turds)😄.
@@treeperson2947 no because then you are stamping them with that energy. You don’t have to trust or believe them but give them the space in your mind to step out of the behaviour.
