One of my favourite moments has to be- Thranduil: "If I am not mistaken, this is the halfling who stole the keys to my dungeons under the nose of my guards" Bilbo: ".... yesh... sorry about that" *Awkward silence Bilbo: *changes subject-
Wait I'm gonna do the math, if the hobbit movies are 60 years before lord of the rings and at the beginning of the fellowship of the ring, he turns 111, that means in the hobbit he was... 51?! He looks suprisingly good for 51
I don't care what anyone says. The hobbit movies were good, at least for me. Its adventurous, its middle earth, lighthearted, funny and well... bilbo. I watched it as a child and it still hits with the nostalgia for me.
1:27 Bilbo Baggins internal panic attacks are me when my Autism get triggers by unexpected family visitations (they just come in without saying anything). I could relate to Bilbos' concerns and panics so much.... both in the film and the book. I have that expressive face too... could go from "Yummy" to "Who the f*** is knocking at this wee-hour of supper time?" in a few seconds.🤣💀
Bro Martin Freeman is the real Bilbo In fact, I prefer The Hobbit movies than The Lord Of The Rings bc of Bilbo. personally Bilbo is the best character of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings (but in the lord of the rings change the actor and get much older)
Yes! Martin Freeman. He’s also John Watson in Sherlock BBC, Tim from The Office UK, Arthur from Hitchhiker:guide to the Galaxy, and more iconic characters :))
