Great takeaways here on the importance of listening and truly being seen and validated. Sometimes there's nothing to be done, fix, or do in this life. We all need simple kindness and support at times based on how we are living out our experience. Unless we all take the 'reigns' for ourselves, our culture celebrates rat race, burnout, and stress. Growing often hurts and your circle becomes smaller, but I'd rather take that than live uncomfortably in a dead state of life than living with truly wellbeing (healthy, well, and sleeping). It's a short trip here. Thanks for sharing another great episode!

Sharing your painful story can not be easy but I am sure it will help many others travelling the same road. Mark has helped more people than I can count, myself included, in dealing with loss.
