BIG HOUSE with tiny bedrooms, why would they have lot of toilets and showers through out the house but not in the two bedrooms? and looking at the landscape around the building I guess snakes will pay a visit now and then to entertain the tenants and why would anyone enter from the back when you have a open front porch, overall design is 👎

Didnt see any storage/builtin wadrobes and the rooms could be bigger if they lost some of the balcony space ( especially upstairs). Looks like a nice area to invest and live anyway.
This is good design. Great use of the floor to ceiling glass to deliver light throughout the house. Good finishes and it is great to see houses surrounded by green spaces. This is much better that some of the crap we see they are building in Ghana, Nigeria and even Kenia. That retaining wall serves its purpose, but the finishing though.
