We full time in a motohome and now touring some of France for 11 weeks, it's a stunning Country, lived here for 12 years. The one difference is no potholes to break wheels. Just paid for two new Fiat alloys after driving around the pothole infested UK. PS they love motorhomes here, if you fancy a tour around France hire a motohome.
I've been busy this week and missed your videos. I have been excavating and installing a new manhole and drain pipes. AND my two daughters have had their three girl cousins round all week. I've called them the T.E.A.M. Take Everything And More. Because thats what they have done 😅. They have a Moto. "TEAM! TAKE EVERYTHING AND MORE!!"
Who pays for ur vehicles ? Who pays for the roads ? Who pays these idiots who make these statements and change laws ? Where does the money come from ? Taxpayers ! DAMN IT !
If I go car free. Then I will have to walk for the bus, arrive at work 40 to 50 minutes early, then wait for bus home. So by my rough calculation, I would be wasting 6 hours a week in travel. I also work 10 hours a day but there for 11 hours a day. Though if they want to cut down my emissions, they could always donate an electric vehicle which I will use for work, and I will keep my real car for weekends. Porsche 911 3.8l from 2009. Work out my planet savings for me.
This is very similar to what the EPA are doing in America. EPA are trying to stop cars that leave a factory from being modified, they are heavily fining tuning companies that alter the car ECU/emissions. A Colorado car tuner called PFI speed (they are on you tube) have documented their struggles with this. We are headed for boring/vanilla days.
@@GeoffBuysCars yep and I was running late to catch the tunnel train, just made it by 10 minutes, never again ! Customs and police did a search on the side of the road in tours looking for illegal stuff enroute aswell.
Ev cars are not environmentally friendly, a lot more expensive, and won't last as long. Keep petrol and diesel. More environmentally friendly. Not as much wast. Ev are not selling well.
Funnily enough i was looking at one of these to add to my citroen fleet the other day 😂😂 My uncle had one of the first of these when they came out, no major issues apart the door dropping a bit, was a great family car for him.
That’s a proper old beast, that Volvo. If it makes you feel better, @GeoffBuysCars, I’ve been driving my Toyotter Yarse 1.8SR somewhat enthusiastically recently and the latest MPG figure was just 35mpg.
Loved that, & now about to go and watch the epic long length episode of Lee covering about the same mileage !! Yawn,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Lol Is it over yet ?? 🤣🤣
DVLA is an absolute shambles. They can't get a V5 registered properly let alone get someone to come out and act like they know what they are doing. Muppets.
