We are Korsys Travel and we are here to share our adventures with you. We enjoy going on trips, working on projects around our house, cooking in our kitchen, exploring the wonderful state of Wisconsin, and earning credit card points.
Once we got married in 2017, we began documenting our vacations (tastefully so neither of us got annoyed) so we could go back and look at them. We like sharing our travel videos and showing other people how traveling isn't that difficult. Also, we recently remodeled our kitchen so we like to show cooking videos.
Follow our journey if you have a sense of adventure and seeing what is out there to explore!
Thanks for taking the time to stop in and see our life.
Nice, plus you have to store it and have to do all the maintenance. Plus if it breaks down on a long road trip, your SOOL. An engine rebuild will be more than 4000 dollars. I plan on taking a large road trip every other year. That does not justify buying an RV.
i stayed there last september (by myself on a business trip) and have two rooms booked for july, though i'm having second thoughts about bringing an 8 month old into that room. I thought the room was pretty disgusting. It was ok for me for one night, but i'm wondering how the hotels are in the area. And if the tradeoff of having to shlep into a car is worth it.
We didn't think the room was modern by any means but we didn't feel it was dirty or unclean. It did show some wear but the location did help in the morning not having to worry about the car. Hope you have a good trip no matter what you decide!
those points are probably credited to you when you first open the card. Once you spend them on one trip you have to borrow with your credit card to earn more points
Staying here at the end of this month. Maps is taking to an odd location when I add it in. Did you just drop your family off at the departure entrance?
i drove right up and parked my rental car in the unloading lane while i checked in and got my luggage up to the room. My car was probably out there for 20 minutes. When came back out to the car a security person told me to move it which i was about to do anyway. The hotel desk manager said it was fine to leave it out there while i was checking in and apparently he was right. I then dropped it off at the car rental center and took the people mover back to the terminal. It's on the departure level.
Your recipe follows many of the fundamental steps of the Italian tradition, really good 👍 allow me however some notes, considering the ragù recipe deposited at the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna in 1982: 1, the bacon in the recipe, together with the extra virgin olive oil, is really useful to have the right percentage of fat for cooking, so butter is not necessary at all, and tends to cover the flavors too much. 2, garlic makes practically no difference in the finished recipe, so if you like it, add it. 3, sausage (Italian or otherwise) is fine for the pork part of the recipe, or I suggest you chop some mortadella together, spectacular flavours👍The important thing is that the ground beef has the right percentage of iron , for greater flavor and aroma: have your butcher mince, for example, the beef diaphragm or the scottona diaphragm (the lower part of the beef rib meat), it is perfect for the recipe. 3, aromatic herbs are not included in the recipe (basil is used in Neapolitan ragù, but it is a different recipe) some families from Bologna, at most shortly before the end of cooking, add a few bay leaves) 4, red wine is fine, for a greater body of the dish. Alternatively, Italian tradition suggests a non-sparkling white wine. 5, your version is the ancient one without tomato, however it should still be cooked slowly by adding the homemade vegetable broth without salt little by little. As you say, at least 2 hours, but the longer the cooking, the tastier the dish will be. A little advice; for your version without tomato, once the minced meat is frying together with the chopped vegetables, add a spoonful of tomato paste and mix well: it will give the right consistency to the dish and that touch of "extra flavour" 👍
Thank you for all your wonderful tips. This was the first time making this so I was just following the recipe I found in the cookbook but your variations will help when we make this again!!
A couple weeks ago we stayed there but at 1101. Room has incredible view especially for the firework show. The only downside was the elevators but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
It actually holds just the right amount. I use the middle for diapers the side for wipes and the other side for powder/creams. As long as you sit it upright. Just FYI.
