Great video! Though I would really love to know what kind of material you used so the hat stays in place and isn’t floppy. I would love to make a hat like this myself but mine just turns out like a sad pile of fabric.
My best guess as they’re ironing is that it’s a stiff iron-on interfacing, it would be that white felt-y looking piece they put inside the pocket of the rim between the inner and outer fabrics, Interfacing comes in many levels of stiffness, and even if that’s not what they’re using probably could be helpful for that anyways, Hope this helps
