Saw the tour concert in Adelaide, South Australia on August 18. Been going to big rock concerts since I was a 16yo (since Rainbow November 1976 as my first). And this Tubular Bells is right up with any of the many great bands & concerts I've seen over the decades. It was both spectacular & captivating. It was simply that good.
Why all the negative comments? I saw this last night. The event is to celebrate TB anniversary, as well as other works from Mike's career. It was great. Geez.

Just got home from seeing this show in Auckland, New Zealand. Very, very good! Part one was theme from Tubular Bells 2, Ommadawn, Return to Ommadawn, To France, Summit Day, Moonlight Shadow, Family Man and The Gem, a tribute to Mike Oldfield composed by Robin Smith who was Mike’s musical director. After the intermission was Tubular Bells side 1 and 2. I can only assume this is video is the same as what I just saw in New Zealand. Our show did not have the woman on the right.

Verdammte Scheisse, daß Lee's Stimme nicht wieder live zu erleben ist. Steve Lee's Stimme ist gleich zu setzen mit Freddy Mercury Stimme, hammer geil. Zwei Mal Live erleben dürfen, Steve war Sau gut am Micro.
Die Jungs haben es einfach immernoch drauf, klar sind nur noch Brain und Angus am Start und Angus hüpft nicht mehr wie von der Tarantel gestochen über die Bühne aber das muss er auch nicht. Es sind und bleiben Legenden!!! Ich freue mich auf nächsten Monat, wird einfach nur geil den ergrauten Angus zu sehen wie er seine Gitarre spielt. AC/DC 4 life !!!
How can it be that 5 musicians have so much Rock n'Rol, so much power and sound so good? I will be happy for a year, after having seen them, strength and drive. Angus, you can't be so Rock and Roll.
Thanks for sharing. Maybe just me - but, seems a bit flat (Not your video! Just the gig in general). Especially compared to the River Plate one.... Have seen AC/FC 3x. Ballbreaker, Stiff Upper Lip and Black Ice. Don't think there will be a 4th. Love the band still.
Spielen die da auf einer Beerdigung, typisch Bayern, können nicht feiern, können kein Fußball spielen und nen dicken Stock im Arsch, ich hätte an AC/DC´s stelle einmal fett in die Menge gekackt und wäre dann wieder abgehauen. Bayern, das Geschwürr Deutschland´s, echt ätzend!
I was there yesterday what a great day and experience a 20 min solo and riff riff were the highlights in all of the highlights i hope it was not the last time and they find qualified personnel
honestly I was surprised - I did not expect a lot and took a chance to see this legendary band live. but based on experience with Jan Gillan of Deep Purple my expectations were very low. But Brian sang good with a strong energy passed towards the audience - this was a very good show even though I got wet from the very beginning due to not pleasant weather conditions
@@igorelperin8277 Yeah i also had pretty low expectations after seeing their show on Power Trip 23 but now they are doing great since the tour really started !
Brian always gets better as the tours go on! Regardless he’s great and I appreciate the fact that at 76 he’s pounding out those tunes. We are the lucky one! AC/DC 24/7/365!!!! Forever!!!!
