Hard to explain here but i would recommand you to use, in the order : 2 - 5 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 1 - 3 - 2 - 4 - 1 that's what i do, but you can make changes if you are not enough comfortable
