Is your underslung water tank winterised and what temperature is it rated down to. Do you have an option for a freeze protection heated jacket? The new standard canopy upgrade is a great idea.
It is true that the real measure of of a company is mainly covered by two factors, how they handle things that go wrong and how they support you both during the warranty period and after.
Great van and fantastic colour, would have been amazing if you could get seatbelts in that green. The colour would also make for a fantastic lower for a two tone.
@@HighlifeCampersUK there are a few companies that do them, maybe you could add it in to your options for better colours either to match exterior or seat retrim or just customer pref.
Make no mistake, you can buy a van without aircon but you’ll never be able to sell it. Aircon a must there days and even the Startline has it if it comes with the weirdly named business pack
I have just bought a Volkswagen Transporter 2.0 TDI T28 BlueMotion Tech Highline camper with 16400 miles. It is on a 67 plate (18 ) how will I know if the cam belt and water pump need changing. Thanks Jack
But it’s not a VW! How good the new Ford transit may be, it’s still not a VW. If I buy a VW I expect it to be designed and produced by VW. Not a copy from one of its competitors!
@@HighlifeCampersUK I mean that VW has completely lost it! It’s unbelievable that VW is now replacing one of its icons by a Ford derivative! I never could believe this was what VW planned to do with its Transporter van. It’s a shame and I will never buy a new transporter again. I have owned almost every predecessor of this new Transporter, but now it’s not a VW anymore! VW gambled completely on the EV models, but lost dearly. They have learned the Chinese how to build proper cars and now the Chinese are even too competitive for VW. VW has signed its own death penalty and is now completely dependent on Chinese technology for their EV’s and on Ford for a few of their iconic commercial cars, like the Amarok and now also the Transporter! If I am buying a new one, I better chose the ford, because that’s the original now and it will most probably much cheaper than it’s VW clone! You can’t imagine that VW is replacing one of its other icons, for example the Golf, by a ford focus. Sorry VW, but it is really a very bad decision to replace your Transporter icon by a ford transit. Shame on you to squander at least one of your icons!😢

Cheers for the video. Just bought a T5 indigo blue. Super happy with it. Has a West dubs pop top which the receipt is still there for. Great quality I agree. However the paint has faded considerably. The pop top is 6 years old.
A very nice camper Sam. I particularly like the idea of the water under the camper but also the option of the gas at the back. I assume that gives an easier option to pipe the gas straight to an outdoor barbecue or table top grill, rather than cooking inside the camper?

Definitely love the new furniture and yes to moving the gas. I’d be interested to see a bit more on the table and what it looks like in the van when it’s removed. Keep up the great videos.
I think this is your best camper yet. Creating more storage and a bigger water tank with shower attachment! I also love the colour of the units and the table too.
Love this conversion and the colour! Definitely get the gas storage moved and add a BBQ point at the back. Would be great to get the water and EHU hidden away as well. Will be in touch!
