There are procedures that must be followed when buying and selling Real Estate . And where it concerns the transference of the title . I've bought a house and at the closing and the changing of the title. The property owner are required to bring proof of property ownership . Now if the deed is not in her name , she cannot sell the property . That also explains why a Notary Public is present at the closing . These writers better do research on the law.
