Great video. Im actually shocked how cheap those marbled wagyu steaks were. That would cost almost $50 by themselves here in the US. It seems like at the time of shooting, they were less than $20 in Japan
Actually likely cheaper in USD denomination but more expensive in yen denomination. The yen has fallen considerably against the US dollar since this video.
I had a small laugh when you were in-que to pay. I am in Canada, and our in-que items are mostly candies and chocolates. The canned meat (I'm guessing that was the item) would have been in one of the aisles, not at the cash register.
