I'm literally sitting here in Nero rehab. I've been I. Hospital for almost 2 months now. I fell down the stairs at home. I resonated with you immediately when you said you knew instantly that you had broken your back, because that's exactly what happened to me. As soon as I landed, and I landed flat on my back and suffered a T2 compression fracture, a T12 compression fracture and an L1 fracture with numerous process process fractures as well as....but I knew instantly I'd broken my back....instantly! And here i am almost 2 months later still in hospital, still trying to learn how to stand and walk again. I was simply coming down the stairs to watch a movie that Saturday night, and in a split second one my entire life has changed.....I don't know what life is going to look like for me now but all I can do is try right? But damn this is so hard
Ive heard sleeping on a thin mat is best fix for stiff back, hard to say in short phrase but the idea behind it is that your body isnt in a natural position from your soft bed, the first week will hurt but should adjust
ive never really been in to sports so didnt hear of this when it happened, only just researching this now. such a shame, i have so many questions i wish i could ask him. life ruined over bad sportsmanship, i hope in his mind he is at peace with whats happened

Terrel is a murderer i dont like boxing and now dislike it even more because of this bs i found out about this a week ago and it broke me Edit: terrel, the ref, the doctor, and everybody involved with that match are criminals for that
I also had a cardiac arrest. It took them 16 minutes to revive me. I was diagnosed with lance Adam’s syndrome. I was in two different inpatient rehab facilities. It was over a year before I came home and then started outpatient rehab and been 3 years I’m still in rehab but I’m still very disabled. It happened when Covid-19 first came out. And after my second infection. 5 days later. I dropped dead of cardiac arrest. I was 58 in great health. I walked an hour every day. And lifting weights 6 days a. Week. I owned my own construction company for 30 years and was very active every day. Now I sit in my chair from 6 AM till 9 PM watching TV every day. This is my life for the last three years.
I went to a rehab unit and mentioned something like that for learning to walk but the machine was broken. That’s the NHS! I discharged myself. Supposed to be three hours a day physio. We got one hour.
Good to see. My girl didn’t have oxygen for six minutes and she’s on life support now. I’m so devastated. I just want her to talk again. Her eyes is open finally but she can’t do anything else for now. She cries when I talk to her though.
he told him multiple times not to hit on the back of his head, this is assault now, he tried to kill him. Because that guy couldn't win fairly he chose to destroy this man's life. both referee and that guy should be in jail.
I love Mrs. Dee and her husband ( that's what me and my mom call her). My mom meet her through her job. She is always positive and believes in God. She always texts us everyday with scripture and prayers. It is truly a miracle she made it alive because memorial hospital is a horrible hospital to go to.
