go to www.quiltingdelights.com and download the written instructions under the tab FREE DOWNLOADS. I use between 3" - 4" depending on the size of the project.
In principle these presser feet should work but in my experience there use is limited. The issue I have found is that because the Bernini BSR foot is angled I am unable to fit these attachments into many rulers eg. scallop shapes, smaller cut out shapes…..so frustrating.
Thank you for your comments. These attachments were never intended to go inside rulers. All of our marketing and instruction refer to that. It is because the bsr itself is the wrong footprint for inside rulers. But they work fantastic on curved rulers, straight line quilting and much more!! Way more than you could ever do with this oh so expensive attachment!
I just made 2 pillow shams for a quilt I made last winter. No pattern. No zipper. Just made them "envelope" style. And since they are going on the bed, no need to waste expensive fabric on the back side. Unbleached or bleached muslin fabric works great. Fast, easy and simpler than added a zipper (in my opinion).
@@quiltingdelights thank you for responding so quickly. Do you happen to remember the name of the fabric? Don't stress about it. I purchased furniture for my son and his wife. I'd love to made some comfy back pillows
I have had the white marking appear on homespun fabric that did not wash away, I am also concerned about the frixionpen marking reappearing at lower temperatures.
I’ve had the same experiences. The frixion pen goes away once it is washed. But my new favorite tool is the Sewline trio chalk pencil that marks light and dark fabrics. Perfect in every way!👍
We won’t be working through any distributors, especially Checkers. Feel free to reach out to us directly so we can help you. This is the best tool EVER!!!👍🥳😊
@@quiltingdelights I don't have a brick and mortar store, I am a quilting teacher through a program called Schoharie County Home of On-going Learning ... for seniors / retirees. I am a volunteer. I need one for myself so I can learn and teach it.
I'm thinking I bought the wrong foot now. I bought the 72S foot to start doing ruler work on my Bernina but should have bought the 3-piece "BSR Compatible Ruler Work Attachments instead to use with my BSR right?
Thank you and no worries! We will refund it when we ship. There was a note on the order page to mark In store pickup and put your address on the notes. But we are happy to take care of you!👍😊
