Family can earn less and still qualify for a house. The slide is stating the working family must meet or exceed the minimum. The CHA website also aligns with the slides. Since he failed to explain it I'll explain it I'm not an HVAC person but I looked at the technology from an electronic / information technology point I have a background in that stuff and I'm starting to learn HVAC but anyhow here's my two cents Just like your heat pump outside that pulls temperature from the air and brings it in your house and dumps it inside where you want hot or cold it's doing the same thing except it's on a heat-only mode so it takes heat from the surrounding area from the air that is in the building then it goes into the refrigerant and then dumps that heated refrigerant into the water when it puts to heat into the water of course the water is cold so that cold will get sucked out of the water that is in the tank and put back into the air of the surrounding area now they called a hybrid because it has heating elements just like an old school water heater as a backup I believe that wants the temperature is 60° in that area it may shut down the hybrid pump or limit its usage it's strengths of pulling temperature out of the air because any much colder as we all know could start endangering the rest of the building if you're not careful I also could imagine that the electric heating elements will kick on its demand is way more than the hybrid system can actually supply anyhow that's a nutshell of it I have background and electronics information technology automotive diesel and I drive a semi so yeah everything kind of crosses all over hopefully that works for you I probably did a better job just now than a person making a video Good grief
