Hi! I'm Eureka! Ballet dancer/teacher based in NYC! All things Ballet, Body & Beauty from the Soul because I believe true body & self transformation starts from within!
My ballet teacher always tells us to have our hands at our sides or behind our back. Crossed or on your hips can be disrespectful and having them in front makes you seem small and nervous. She also loves to point out anytime our feet are even slightly turned in even when just standing. 💖 love the vid
There’s a brand of pointe shoes that are 3D printed. The brand name of these 3D printed ballet pointe shoes name is Act’ble. Imagine a pointe shoe designed with the specific measurements of your feet! Go ahead just imagine it. Okay, now go buy a pair! Hurry!
i trained in a russian school and all throughout childhood, i was taught no touching the barre between combinations, no sitting, no crossing arms, no hands on hips, no back to the teacher, make eye contact with the teacher while they're talking, no looking away from the teacher while they're saying the combination, and so much more. i can go on and on for hours about all of the rules ingrained into my brain ever since i was 3.
Hi, new subscriber here! I checked your bio and I wonder, how long have you been doing ballet? Can I read more about your training and teaching story somewhere? You're goals and a powerful dancer to watch 🥰

Everyone loooves Snow White's striking costume; iconic and feminine style knee-length dress, navy blue bodice and golden skirt . . . soft fabrics that moves and swirls ❤❤❤❤❤! The corps de ballet members' amazing costumes of various bright colours, are wonderful, too ❤❤❤! Thnx @ B Q, it's a delightful video ❤😊.
I took ballet as a child and into my teens and I think this is one thing I struggled with because I'm also neurodivergent and the way I held myself would often stand out, because I learn differently.
