Nice review! I’m surprised the metal plate doesn’t house the dongle like other keyboards do. I wonder why they made that decision. Cool keyboard though😁
Yeah let's type super light on this thing for the sound test so we can't hear fully how rough it sounds lmao. Anyway yeah that spacebar/stabilizers are ROUGH
Great keyboard, I just prefer the cleaner look the F75 Aula provides. I find the 3 indicator LEDs and the screen quite annoying even if they can be turned off, that's why I went for the F75 eventually.
the perfect keyboard is a keyboard that sounds amazing and has rapid trigger and at a decent great price and aluminium case and yea that is the perfect keyboard - no hate this keyboard top notch keep it up
I got a Redragon K617 Fizz right now, but I now want a keyboard with extra keys on it like this one. I plan on this being my next and right now its like $55 on Amazon. Love the little screen it has too which is awesome!
Nice build I ordered one said it was delivered today I was so excited then nothing came i don’t know what happened but it said it’s was delivered 1 am in the morning I’m really sad I don’t know what happened
Thinking about getting this keyboard already because I wanted one with a knob and arrow keys at least, but the screen is also a nice touch. Also what's the difference between the Flying Fish Switch and the Gift Switches?
I bought Ajazz 820 pro a week ago, and it came in today! I think its worth it, and it also sounds way better in real life then via a video. I also love the little screen, where I have a custom gif. (I had the xtrfy k4 rgb tkl before (100 Euro's) And honestly this is way better)
A big plus of this keyboard over many other customizable boards is that it has ISO layout. ANSI is just a total nogo. Im fine with swapping a few keys here and there. But ANSI.... Its just too cringe. Also I feel like due to the fully assambeled one only being like 13€ more its almost better value than the Barebone. Even if you wont use them in the end. You pay 13€ for the Piano switches and PBT keycaps. Who knows maybe you can even sell them again and gain money in the end haha
I prefer tactiles atm. The bump rly gives a satisfying feel tbh. Have yet to come across a good linear switch that can maybe help me mix it up. Im using the akko v3 cream blues and blue pros on the ajazz ak820 pro. Love it!
Honestly, it's the first keyboard I've not felt compelled to replace the keycaps for. I love the way they sound with the foam taken out and some clickbar switches put in. I can tell you that it feels meaty even without the sound suppressing padding, so you can tell Kemove didn't cheap out on the plastic. The only real rough mark I'll give this one is that the case is mostly held together with clamps, and said clamps are SUPER tight. Sad thing, that, as it's otherwise an amazing little board. Honestly, I hope Kemove comes out with a full-layout version soon - With most of the obstentatious stuff underneath the keyboard, it's a perfect look for an office environment. The badge on the front, I don't mind - I've seen MANY more annoying brandings on keyboards (I'm looking at you, Redragon and HyperX).
Sadly the 2.4 GHz connection is not safe to use as Akko/Monsgeek do not use any encryption. The keystrokes are transmitted as plain text for all to see, and a bad actor could even send their own keystrokes to the PC. This should be considered a wired or Bluetooth keyboard only. For comparison, Logitech, SteelSeries, and Razer use encryption.
@@thetrashman5258 I think you've misunderstood me. It's not that wireless doesn't work. It does work, but it uses a plain text, not-encrypted connection. This means that anyone within range can capture the radio transmission and read your keystrokes. Akko/Monsgeek acknowledge this themselves - you can just email them and ask if they use encryption for their 2.4 GHz connections, and they'll tell you that they don't.
I'm really impressed with your videos so far. I'm getting the Ajazz AK820 Pro that you reviewed. This means I wont be needing to pay much attention to keyboards for a while, but I'm just so fond of your videos. I'll keep watching for a while. Subbed.
