im flying with my younger brother in a couple of days (im 15 he’s 13) but the problem is he looks about 15-16 and i look like im 10-11. how do i handle the security line when they ask us to go in the separate lines because of how old we look without holding up the line trying to tell them that we are both the age to go in the adult line? also usually when im travelling with family they yell at me when i take off my shoes since i look like a kid. i also have bad social anxiety so this is a difficult situation for me
One thing to consider with sunscreen is that if you decant some into ANY other container, you need to use it quickly and then discard it. Sunscreens especially are designed for their specific packaging. Other packaging (except maybe glass) can start breaking the sunscreen down. Sunscreens are carefully, legally tested in their original packaging. Put them in another container and you can’t guarantee they will work anymore after any significant amount of time. So - do a new decant each time you travel!

I found your videos during the pandemic when I couldn’t imagine traveling again, you were a big comfort and companion during a very bleak and anxious time and you’ve inspired me to only pack in a carryon. Please ignore any negativity and criticism- I’ll never understand why people watch something just to complain about it. You’re greatly appreciated by many!
Was able to travel to Europe in spring for 5 weeks, 3 bottoms (trousers skirt, short) , 3 short sleeve tops, 1 long sleeve top and a merino sweater. Sneakers and sandals. . Plenty of outfits. I reckon, it doesn't matter if it's a one week or a month, I'd pack the same amount. Just have to do laundry regularly. Carry on is the best! Top tip....fabric is key. Easy to Launder, don't get too wrinkled, lightweight, breathable. And rethink bringing heavy cotton!
Hi Laurie, Im flying from Aust to Vegas and am very nervous about directions on how to get from the LAX international to the Domestic terminal for connection flight to Vegas. My husband passed away after 35yrs, and this was his final wish for me to do for him. If you could assist it would be very much appreciated❤
Thank you for this video. I never understood the hype about packing cubes, now I know. I do not travel light. I wish I could have one bag just for hats and another just for shoes and purses. Hoping to travel with two checked bags and a carryon for a 16 day cruise. Wish me luck!
I did this for the outbound trip when we went to see her mom. then forgot to pack it for the return trip, so I just wore it. got to replace my Barbour hat on the scotland trip, but I'm taking my regular hat, to stop it raining.
I bring pillowcases with me when i travel. I sleep on it until i have enough dirty clothes and then swap for a fresh pillowcase and use the dirty to hold laundry. Just dump everything into the washer and toss the pillowcase in with them. If you need to compress it to put it in luggage, you can roll down from the open end until the contents are squished down tiny. It works great and i never have to worry about where i rest my head (both for cleanliness and because I've had my hair dye transfer onto hotel linens unfortunately)
