Thank you Sara & LaNette for this great video. I have the all or nothing mentality and struggle with emotional eating. Also, I tend to always start my diet over on Monday. I really need to stop this and stick to the plan. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength! 🙏
#1 for me. I'm in that all in or all out mentality. Mostly I've been all out and not tracking all the time. Having a hard time getting back on track. Thank you so much for this video. It's given me hope that I can start again.
I am not an official WW member so am so confused as to how many calories a day I should have. I know the points are 23 per day. Free foods but nothing more. 40:59
Salvation has nothing to do with weight loss and exercise. If you want to be a disciple spread the gospel. Otherwise just be a Christian on a diet and exercise plan
Thank you for sharing the hard stuff Sara, I can absolutely relate. I appreciate your honesty and vulnerability and know now I don't need to have the answers but can trust the process with compassion ❤
Thank you for this video, LaNette! I have been bullied about my weight back when I in elementary school. I remember it like yesterday. They called me a butterball turkey and it really hurt. I thought I was over this but I guess I’m still dealing with this past trauma because I struggle with emotional eating.
The anniversary bash has been phenomenal! I'm watching the replay - so sorry I couldn't be there live tonight. Thank you to all the leaders and all the people who work so hard behind the scenes! Looking forward to everything coming up for the rest of this year and 2025!
