Logan home builders leave much to be desired, they do not complete project within deadlines, multiple construction failures , poor over site of subs on the job….would never recommend or use again! Very disappointed

Yes with all video and even photos of a property, one must keep that in mind. Unless you set your own eyes on it, you are looking at a digital representation.

Hey Rob. The economy is stronger than ever. I would say our restaurant and hospitality management industry is taking a hit due to a shortage of labor. The cost of living is rising, and the cost of real estate, of course is rising as it has everywhere in the US over the last two years. Still a great place to live!
Yes, thank you for the feedback. We have actually purchased microphones to help with that issue, and our editing software had the music much quieter but once we exported it, it was too late after we uploaded to RU-vid to change. Work in progress!
Great question! It has been brought before the board on a case by case basis and someone does have a private pool in there. But not sure where they stand now. You must apply for approvals.
Location?! Bluffton is an older Town. You will have upgraded and very nice homes next door to ones that haven’t been touched in years. That’s normal for this area. Location is excellent! A few blocks from May River Rd. And just right outside the Bluffton Park community. No HOA payments to worry about. But thanks for sharing!
Starts at $462,990 base. Then you need to add the homesite premium, structural options and design options. Base prices go up every few homes sold. Taxes would depend if you are full time resident or 2nd home. Full time 2500-3200 or so. $2400 a year HOA. Includes lawn care and access to all amenities being built: dog park, clubhouse, pickle ball, fitness center, aerobics studio, billiards room, grand ballroom, card and game room, arts and crafts room, pool, walking trails, gathering pavilions, gardens, tennis courts, screened verandas...it also a gated community with a person at the gate.
