Even following all the steps what you have provided still there is an error as "The specified network password is not correct [0x80070056]". This error is happening after giving the random password in the "this account" details. So help me out off.
This I done by changing the system date to a month or two months ago and started the services. It worked but its just for temporary. The problem is we can't use browsers and SQL parallely when the system is out of date and time.
