I joined yalls Patreon immediately and am just discovering all these prior RU-vid videos. It’s been so enjoyable to see where the channel started and where it is now. Your reactions have been top notch since day 1! Appreciate you guys so much
People like to put other people in boxes, to try and understand them, to be able to judge them and to be able to know what to expect from them. The father here shows us an excellent example of why we must not pin our own expectations on other people and let them be free, let Abel make whatever genre of music he wants to make. If the father was not trying to do such a thing, he probably would've had a much more enjoyable time just experiencing the music. We must fight against our instincts to enjoy life ❤
In case you haven't heard it you and your dad should both react to King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard's album called Nonagon Infinity I think you would both highly enjoy the musical intricacies and craftsmanship put into it, and if y'all really like it I also recommend listening to their other albums Polygondwanaland and either Flying Microtonal Banana or K.G, those last 2 I mentioned were recorded using custom made microtonal instruments. BUT IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD NONAGON INFINITY PLEASE DO A RAW REACTION FOR BOTH OF YOU, YOU GUYS WON'T REGRET IT (I hope) PUTTING THAT ON MY MAMA! Never hurts to try something new. Nonagon Infinity is basically concept album that mixes different genres from psychedelic rock, progressive rock, and even jazz in some instances. The album is designed to play as an "infinite loop" where each song segues into the next and the last song segues into the first and it's comprised of 9 songs hence "Nonagon Infinity." The album also is one of the central figures of the bands "Gizzverse" which is basically a multiverse sort of story in which most of their songs from most of their albums connect and seamlessly transition into each other revealing a huge story. I'm pretty sure your dad would love it from the comments he's made on different songs and albums. It's very rock oriented. And as I've previously mentioned if you guys really vibe with the album there is a plethora of other great albums they've released, so far they have 26 studio albums. The band is one of the best rock bands in recent years and have a huge following, and every album sounds different. They have different rock sub genre albums ranging from surf rock to progressive then to thrash metal, they also released a jazz/funk album in 2022 which is one of my top 5 KGLW albums. They also have a great synth only album, this one is called The Silver Cord, but I recommend if you guys do listen to it to first listen to "PetroDragonic Apocalypse; or, Dawn of Eternal Night: An Annihilation of Planet Earth and the Beginning of Merciless Damnation" since the both albums are meant to play right after another and they are supposed to represent a ying and yang sort of thing. THANK YOU! Hope you take it into consideration 😅😅 If you like Fantano he is a huge fan of them has given most of their albums a high rating. Keep them videos coming!
you guys are way too hard on Dad, I agree with him and I’m in my late 20s. you guys keep saying her humor is unique and what sells it, but there is nothing MUSICALLY and SONICALLY new about this album that hasn’t been done better already by someone else. I understand many of you are so attached to Sabrina’s persona, but if you’re someone who isn’t, you can objectively rate the album in a way you guys wouldn’t because a lot of you are attached to her persona, you’ll defend anything she puts out. Personally, I don’t think Sabrina’s humor is funny at all, and if she wants to be funny and unserious, be a comedian. Don’t be a pop star and make mediocre music because you’re so focused on being funny for your shtick mand the resources for someone else to make an album actually based on musicality and not on humor, goes wasted. I’m rocking with you Dad!! Big love to you ❤
I suggest listening to Annalisa. Her latest album is called "E poi siamo finiti nel vortice", she's an Italian singer and this latest album of hers is very good.
this will forever be my favorite Kanye album. It was so raw and vulnerable and came out the perfect time in my life to get me though some insane times.
