Yalll!! These ribs are sooooo flavorful and tender!! I had to stop myself from eating them because I know I was gonna want some later!! Hats off to the chef!
Try the recipe! If you don't BBQ, you can do the same thing on the stove top. Brown the oxtails on each side, de-glaze the pan with beef broth (sometimes red wine), add oxtails, and all the ingredients, then braise until tender.
