I have a google pixel 7 and i cannot for the love of god connect my phone to this model and talk it just will not do it can anybody help it cost me 300 quid and it won't work,but on my wifes galaxy s9 it works perfectly
After my recent experience with a Sena Intercom, and HORRIBLE Support from their Tech Support I no longer support SENA. Apparently they updated the SENA Motorcycles Android Phone App on the 12th of September and it DOES NOT WORK! for me and many many others... It won't communicate with the Headset. I looked at recent reviews for the App and Sena Products and only 1 STAR... Many SENA Customers state they are done with them completely. Many wondering "Did they even test the App before release?". I have spent hour after hour for the past 3 Days and Nights trying to get it to work, and over 40 Emails back and forth and several calls with Sena Technical Support Agents, first claiming it was "A Defective Unit" which is "No Longer Under Warranty", offering "Here's a Rebate" so I could be forced to give them MORE MONEY! I easily debunked their claim of a "Defective Unit" by having a friend download the Apple IPhone version which still works, and links with the headset . I also researched further and quickly found that MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING THE EXACT SAME ISSUES EVEN WITH THE "FLAGSHIP" 50 SERIES, and still no resolution to the problem.. Also another apparent problem some SENA UNITS ARE NOT WATERPROOF! just saw another video reviewing a $700+ Sena HD Dual Pack which both units malfunctioned after one ride in the rain resulting in removal from the helmets and installation of Cardo Units which are Certified Waterproof. I am beyond frustrated and cannot believe that a company who has been selling Motorcycle Intercom products for this many years provides this level of dissatisfaction to their customers. I am still awaiting resolution to the Issues experienced. Also Discovered SENA has a "F" Rating with the BBB, is not Accredited.
Music/Audio Tab do not show FM Radio in the App. I have already uninstalled and re-installed the latest App-Version, but still not visisble. Anyone got a workaround? Using the Sena 30K.

I can't get the configuration menu to open. My sena srl3 unit is on, I'm holding the center button for 10s and I've tried longer but no configuration menu... I've tried the factory reset button on the back of the headset, but no help...
Use the helmet for about 6 months. Mostly in rain and winter conditions on a RT1100 and Tiger 1050. Bought the Senna this week and the video helps. Thanks a lot for the product and video. Can’t imagine a better touring or commuting product on the market!
Can you comment on voice command usage or success rate? I have the SRL3 in my GT air 3, and no matter what language I use, I get an abysmal success rate on my commands ex: "Hey Sena, Volume down"... and nothing... any words of advice or tutorial? I did upgrade firware and everything else works just fine. At this point, i'm about to consider the SRL3 as a write off, remove it and just slap a cardo shoei adapter and put my Cardo Freecom 4X on it with a 2nd helmet adapter. i dit al the adviced things, my app keeps asking for bleutooth, it is connected and i can play music. the app is not seeing bleutooth can you help? what do i wrong?
Everything self explanatory, most watching this will be interested in Bluetooth intercoms so that they can connect to other brands, reason being that’s always the most confusing part, unfortunately it’s completely omitted here.
Me and my wife speak using Mesh intercom ch 1. Both helmets are connected via Bluetooth to my Samsung Android phone. When I play music on the phone, I can hear it fine. I then press the minus key to share it the music with my wife. She accepts the request and can hear the music too, but only quietly. We have tried varying all volume controls on the helmets and phone but the music is still quiet for my wife. Sena’s are fitted to Shoei Neotec 2’s. Anyone help please?
Hello - Have you had a look at the volume settings in the APP on the "Home" screen? Speaker icon at the top. Here you can set the volume levels for each of the 'devices'. You may want to look at your wife's settings if your volume is OK.

im curious you said its very easy to remove but does this mean everytime the visor gets dirty with bugs when cleaning the visor does this mean the coating will be cleaned off everytimes as well ? thanks
Hi there, my cheek pads won't sit flush back in place because there is now a wire in the way from the SRL3 Mesh Intercom 2.0 (where it joins the control panel). Have I done something wrong?
I am installing my system today, and reinstalling the cheek pads is proving extremely difficult. I am also finding that this wire section seems to prevent the plastic strips from engaging. Just wondering if you were able to overcome this issue?
Hi, thanks your video has been a great help. I have now connected my wife’s intercom and my own to the app to adjust settings etc. However, although the intercom is working I can only get music to play in one headset not both, despite setting both to Audio Multitasking, very frustrating, can you help? I want to know two things: 1. Can it pair with Cardo mesh yet? My brother has Cardo, and making connection proprietary instead of open will decrease the enthusiasm factor, as Cardo is trying to make theirs open. 2. I have a C5/SC2 combo and the speakers aren't very loud. Is the SRL3 better than the SC2? It'd cost me about $300 more to get the Neotech3/SRL3 combo compared to another C5/SC2 combo. I want to know if the SRL3 is that much better.
I see their technical support on here isn’t the fastest. I’m happy to be proved wrong and would suggest that it would be useful for them to give us a five minute video on how to pair with the BMW screens (other bikes are available)
Hi it will not damage the paint however it may slightly effect the appearance of the matt finish if sprayed onto the helmet as Visiodry creates a film on the surface it is applied to. The film however should be able to be wiped off, however the effect it has on matt helmets would vary on helmet brand, I would suggest referring to the cleaning guide of your helmet to ensure matt finish is not compromised.
Hi this product is designed for external use on visors it has not been designed / tested for use internally. We would recommend using a pinlock if you are suffering with steaming up of your visor as the pinlock's absorbing surface of the lens effectively attracts and stores water molecules while the airtight seal creates a thermal barrier, together preventing condensation of the visor.
