I will never understand why WoW puts in these odd quests that we have no reference to where you have to do things in a specific order where inevitably we're just going to look it up on RU-vid after 3-4 failed attempts. An absolute waste of everyone's time and its sad that's what people who professionally design video games for a living view this as a good use of the player's time.
Took me 38 min and 152 casts. During this time I leveled up fishing from 1 to 70 and on 70 I got them so yeah it might be true you need a little bit higher fishing level, anyways even if your fishing skill is not high 30ish min should take you like it did for me. Good luck everyone!
