That looks like a really good recipe for the thighs. It's dark meat so it will always be tasty. I prefer to cut up my skinless, boneless chicken thighs into bite size pieces, cook the chicken in a large wok and then add stir-fry vegetables to the wok. Sometimes adding sauce afterwards but not every time. This sauce you made with the orange juice did look very good and will have to give it a go. Thank you for sharing the wonderful video.
This is the next dinner I’ll make for my husband, college-age son & myself. Do you think hot crusty bread or some refreshing salad would be better to accompany the pasta? Maybe I can make a spicy version of this too, since we’re in the southwest US & like foods with a little kick. : ) Crushed red chili pepper flakes maybe…. Thanks for posting.
Hi! This dish is quite rich and oily due to the olive oil in the sauce - perhaps the bread could help soak it up, or the salad could neutralize it a little bit! Ich würde die Wurst braten bevor alle anderen Zutaten in die Pfanne kommen. Die Wurst wird knusperiger und die Zwiebeln und vor allem der Knoblauch verbrennen nicht, von den Champignons die immer labberiger werden reden wir erst gar nicht. Erst die Wurst knusperig braten, dann die Zwiebeln hinzufügen, runterdrehen und den Knoblauch und die Pilze erst reintun kurz bevor die Nudeln dazu kommen.

Nessun italiano metterebbe mai la paprika nelle polpette al sugo. Nella cucina italiana la paprika è un ingrediente praticamente mai utilizzato. Da noi si usa il peperoncino piccante ma mai in preparazioni di carne come questa. Nell' impasto, oltre alla carne magra macinata occorre sempre almeno un quarto di carne grassa,tipo pancetta o salsiccia di maiale
