You have no idea how grateful I am. I've tried everything, and nothing worked, and OMG this was a great solution! A tip for ppl with the same problem: ProgramData may be a hidden folder, so you may have to change the properties settings to see it. And also, instead of changing the file, you can just copy your table data file into the Uploads folder, and it will all be the same :)
Is there anyway to do this with less than 12 months of data? I can not do this and I think it might be because my data set has dates that don't total a full year.

Still having issues. My dataset does has lot of null values and its not a calculated field you can easily apply formula. How do I import this file with the nulls

I have a question. I have a bar chart, showing the percentage of A from B. I want the bar to be green if it meets the target (constant), and red if not. Now, I've created the color calculated field, saying if percentage was higher than target then 1, else 0. But when I'm adding the field to color, it only shows 1 or 0. Not both so that I be able to set the colors. I do not know what is the problem. I did add other fields, thought maybe it's because it's a one bar, but again, I do not get both values, only then one which applies to the condition. Appreciate your help in this regard.
Hi there, Hope you're doing well. This approach is not suitable for your case as tableau shows only the available values only for the field you created. So, if your calculated field has all values of 1 then tableau will show 1 in the color field unlike this video where we have both values (0,1) in the fields values.
Good one, but this is possible only when all dashboards are in same file, what if all dashboards are in different locations and files, what tool needs to be used??
