My name is Mikki (Mikaela) and I am from Yorkshire in the UK. I have been married to Ian for almost 20 years and we have three wonderful, crazy Huskies!!
I have dabbled in RU-vid already for the channel Walt Disney World Adults Only (WDWAO) but I have decided to branch out on my own as Walt Disney World, whilst a big part of my travel, is not the only place I go. I want to be able to share my experiences of other places with everyone too!
For 2024, we have a big Walt Disney World trip planned for Ian's 50th birthday and I have a visit to Disneyland Paris with a friend in October. I have no doubt there will be some other things that get thrown in too!
My channel will mainly be focussed on travel and potentially some day trips within the UK but as we have a house move coming up in the next few months, it's entirely possible that I might throw some lifestyle in there too!
Thank you all so much for joining me on this mad journey!
So if I can, I like to say goodbye to Magic Kingdom before we leave. But that isn’t always practical, depending on which resort we are at. So when we were at the Riviera, it made more sense to SkyLiner to Epcot. The closer we are to the resort, the more time we get in the park before we head off.
I haven’t eaten at Steakhouse 71, but went there a few times when it was The Wave of American Flavour. That was very good indeed. I would like to eat at Steakhouse 71 though 😊
So I would love to build a lightsaber, but I don’t actually want one afterwards being home. So I’ll probably never do it sadly. I loved watching Ian do his though.
@josephhelliwell9938 the reaction for him was great when his music hit. You could really tell people wanted Cody to win though by the time it was the final two
It is not for me to be honest. It’s not my humour and having watched it on RU-vid, there is no way I would use my limited Disney time to do this. But I’m glad so many people love it! And that is what is great at Disney. Something for everyone 😊
Yeah it does add up over the holiday, but when you factor the cost of the villa and space you get there we don't mind paying it, it's also still cheaper than staying on property lol
Jiko food last week was lovely, but the service was off. Based on the service twice now, this should not be a signature restaurant. It doesn’t compare with the service of any other signature at Disney. It’s bizarre really!
Yay. I’m so glad that you enjoyed Boma. It’s my number one breakfast in the whole of Walt Disney World. I love how full you were when you left. Oh. It was a cold brew. With alcohol. I love those zebra domes.
Really great job guys! Loved following your day and great to see the fireworks view, as we have booked the Seats and Sweets for our trip. Thank you for sharing x
Yes it's definitely handy, so you don't have to go straight to the supermarket 🙂 Hahaha, I love ToT, it's so much fun and because it is Ian's favourite it's always a priority
