No, vertical scale only shows hyperphoria, no information about the hypophoria can be obtained from maddox wing, the odd and even numbers in vertical scale corresponds to hyperphoria in the right and left eye respectively. Kindly confirm this

Yes you are right, to sone extent we are unable to measure the hypophoria with maddox rod. For that purpose we need to measure hypophoria with the help of maddox rod.

Typically, in normal patients we can see 4 light reflexes, when the patient is exposed to the torch light. I generally check myself at home, using my Snellen and test lenses. Currently at 20/20 and +0.5 diopters. Improved from 20/60 at -1 D. You review is very valuable. Thanks!

I always use a pinhole, before I measure my refractive state. 20/20. Refractive state = +0.5 diopers. Thanks for the reminder.

IPD varies from person to person, normally the range lies between 58-64mm and same goes for the pupil size. But the average pupil size is 4mm.
