This is how it used to look. Now it's tired and not very clean. The sitting room smells like an old ashtray. The tiled floor in front of the cooker, sink etc is heavily stained with oil an fat. The cooker hood extractor and lights do not work nor the lights above the work surface. No bedside lamp bulbs and one is broken. The double bed is a wreck and should have been chucked out years ago - an absolute wreck of a mattress. Directions to the villa entrance mean nothing. No mention of a security gate, no entry code given.
The Ionian Islands are the most beautiful of all Greek Islands, and Ithaca, particularly the village of Kioni 1:06 and 1:20 certainly rates with the best. Nicely put together short video of our island.
