Thank you, but these are instructions to take the child lock off, not how to exit demo mode. When it's in Demo mode it runs through all sorts of functions in the display and keeps saying DEMO...

I have done what you recommend, still can’t get it out of demo mode

I hate this oven. Really badly thought-through settings. And locks/"latches" itself for no reason.

The hardware and electrical wiring is in the wiring box next to the filter. No it doesn’t suck in a lot of air, but it is a ductless vent, so it won’t operate like one that has a duct system.
