Tanto prima o poi venite tutti a visitare il "bel paese" no?!
All these people obsessed with selfies when they get old and look at their pictures they're not going to be able to find anybody else in them it's just going to be a shit ton of pictures of themselves
I spent two weeks in an apartment in Cannaregio near San Giobbe in Dec 2016/Jan 2017 and this was one of the five supermarkets I shopped at. The others were the two near the Rialto Bridge, the one near Piazza Roma and the one a few minutes walk over the Scalzi Bridge in Santa Croce (or maybe it is just in San Polo) . Going with a small shopping trolley by vaporetto to the one near Piazza Roma made me really feel like a local.
The population of Venice has dropped significantly within the last decade or so… soon, there’s only going to be tourists in this city. Sooo many tourists that’s why the prices are so high for food and transportation.
honestly there are some RU-vid videos with clickbait titles that when looked at are so horrendously god awful that I can't even help but give it a like. this video is trash of the utmost level, take the like.
Damn, this is ridiculous, how long you have to walk just to buy some food, in the middle of a big City... I've just spent four days in Venice as a tourist, and of course I loved it. But I couldn't help but feel awful for the people who live here. Tourists block the streets everywhere and there's nothing but souvenir shops for ages... plus the fact that residential areas are so badly maintained is really despicable. I really hope that Venice will soon be allowed to limit the amount of people who can visit at a time... otherwise Venice will soon cease to exist as it is now. Besides a lot of other factors, I'd mostly mourn the loss of the beautiful Venetian language!❤❤❤
So many buildings are in a poor condition, if some of those buildings were not in Venice they would be labelled as a "slum". When I was there every person who had a hand stuck it in my pocket! Not worth it, everything is overpriced
Thinking why he walk 3 times longer from the house to get to a supermarket... From the building where is located there’s one just around the corner. Maybe he likes walking a lot... ok.
RU kidding me? Is that the LONG route or the shortest? Clearly need more grocery stores are needed!! Is it easier to get to the store by water taxi? More expensive obviously.
