I got it around 30 chest i was doing it with my pve build shadow flight but after like 10 attemp i just gave up and use my pvp shadow

just go arround the dephs city houses, it spawns on most of them except the churches looking ones

Imma update the description with what I know. But, from my knowledge its any celtor house (you can spot it with a purple glow btw). And the Trial of 1 ministry outpost specifically in the corridor leading up to the entrance of trail of 1. Also, remember these are all chance spawns.
