Do not care for Joel Osteen or other televangalist with their extravagant lifestyles while they turn a blind eye to those in need. Sure they take in contributions but where does it go? Their pockets and extravagant lifestyles all while doing it tax free. Working in Gods name to serve their own egos. Organized religion and its facilitators are corrupt and controlling and celf centered., do as i say not as i do, acting holier than thou while sinning and indulging in the finery of life while so many are in emotional pain, homeless, hungry, disillusioned and hopeless. If their calling in life was to help people they have fallen short. Many people have fled from religion and God because of todays modern religion and those (preachers) who claim to speak and teach the word of God. I have only once in my life encountered a preacher that loved and lived the word and emmulated the actions and teachings of Jesus. Religion and the self centeredness of those like Osteen turn people away from God, not towards him. I have seen the personal actions of religious leaders and i want to be nothing like them. Others see the same things and feel the same way and tbats why people turn away from religion, inadvertently turning away from God. These fakes in the pulpit will have a lot to answer for on their judgment day, hopefully the punishment will fit the crime for turning so many away from God. Even though i am a spiritual being having a human experience i hope karma catches up to them in this lifetime and opens their eyes to the damage they have done.

Very funny, is that a joke? Do you know what the oldest religion is? How old the first spiritual teachings are? It's not Catholicism, nowhere near it. Catholicism is just another branch of Christianity that takes its roots from ancient religions. You are dillusional to think Catholic church is anywhere near the true teaching or the true "church". The catholic church as a whole is corrupt. With all the corruption and misleading of souls I highly doubt God favors those in charge of the catholic "church". Of course still loves those men in charge but I doubt he cast favor upon them for all of the misdeeds and misleading of the church.

“ I am” was a movement a belief by Occultist New Agee in the 1930’s. His name was Guy Ballard. Basically they and Joel Osteen are saying they are God. You do not need the god of Bible. Osteen says he is a Christian but his actions speak to him being an Occultist.
