Med-High end build is best. Because on Exiled it definitely runs the smoothest on modern setups the sole reason being would be that the graphics work entirely different from OSRS where you can change the ingame settings and use (DirectX), (OpenGL) or (Software) directly like how you did in (Pre EOC RS2) which actually put's your computers hardware to use. OSRS isn't that demanding at all for computer hardware it wasn't designed like that it's suppose to it's a miniclip power point game through a web browser like for example if you turn off Runelite GPU Plugin now that's how the game truly is. This revision of the game overall just looks and feels better then OSRS imo.
