@@SpaceFlamingo07yea DU (depleted uranium) is a very good material for both armor plating and kinetic penetrators. Many modern tanks like the M1 Abrams have both DU composite armor plates and fire APFSDS shells with DU penetrators
There seems to be a software cap of 196ft. The drone will not fly any higher than that. And even then there is a certain altitude where the propellers will not have enough air to push to make it go higher, so it definitely is not infinite.
@@SpaceFlamingo07 you said you were at a park. Near a oil or gas pipeline . That had some sort of an issue . Well in bellingham years back a pipeline exploded. Killing some people. That happened to be near a park
Maybe they could add some jet engines so you can get a bit higher, and then turn on those vector engines. With those jet engines, then you could fly a bit more and land somewhere. :D
Been to that very same park testing my DJI mini 2 and Holystone HS720. Have very similar footage. Just recently purchased a Potensic Atome SE for my stepson for Christmas. Seriously thinking about getting one for myself, especially since they are on sale for Black Friday.
Not too sure I trust most of them, and besides, I intend to get my license and make money with it, so having something a bit better branded should do me some good.
no a Potensic, but mine does every thing yours does... and yep 200 Metres is about the limit of it. Great pictures with sd card and all the features of follow you, go home etc. @@SpaceFlamingo07
I have a vtol tutorial, its not specific to this vtol but hopefully it will help you make your own: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NGMwcPmDhBA.htmlsi=6UXX1CU_Bvu0FtnM
With those robotic parts, why not test repositioning thw wings mid flight, in a more controlled manner. Like moving the center of lift foward, backward, yo one side, and even sweep angle, because I don't think swept wings change anything in KSP.
