When you have less than 1K views and less than 100 subscribers, it's probably not wise to call yourself the "founder" of anything. 🤪🤪🤪 Cool video though!
As long as you don't work in DC or Northern Virginia Clarksburg is fine. Otherwise post pandemic even commuting to Shady Grove Metro in Gaithersburg can take over 40 minutes in the morning. Even if you work at NIST in Gaithersburg, or the NIH/ NCI Campus in Rockville it can take 45 minutes.
Maybe. But again i dont like traffic and its likely too expensive loud. I want nobody within 1000 feet and land isnt cheap around there. Plus my kids will never go to a public school
love the video Brad. I live in The Cabin Branch community and you are absolutely right on all points you made. I do want to add that it is a community that planned around low maintenance living i.e., lawn care maintained by HOA, porch is all made from non corrodible material, etc. The only thing I wish Clarksburg takes in to consideration is schooling. The schools are all so over populated, they keep building homes without also increasing the amount of schools needed to educate the children in Clarksburg. Neighboring town of Germantown is also over populated.
