Controllers used: Duelshock 4, Xbox One Controller, Wii Remote and it's various accessories, GameCube controller, N64 controller and PS2 Gibson SG (GH II version) for GH games. For reference N64 and GameCube/Wii are used in Dolphin and N64 emulation and PS4 is usually for PS1/PS2/PS3.
funny thing with GZDoom is if you mess with compatibility flags and display settings (it has a 320x200 resolution preset as well) it pretty much looks and feels just like the DOS version, but with enhanced features and it actually feels pretty nice to play it like that
@@captainzed5659 Yep I know of that, I just opt for higher res as it's easier on the eyes and better for a viewing experience especially for people who've not played before. I do try to stay as vanilla as possible tho as I have mouse look disabled
For those who stop by this old video, I've done a completely new playthrough of this game that's got much better video quality, proper sound, correct aspect ratio and overall smoother and better gameplay. I would be inclined to agree tbh, though it's sad the lip syncing (Which is already infamously awful in the localization) is even worse here. Though in general it's better paced because 60 FPS and above will always be better for cutscenes than 30 FPS, just a fact really.
@@magmamaster1801 it is super fun, the biggest crime was it never getting a PC version (Same with Agent Under Fire). It's especially ass because a Eurocom developer who worked on this game in an interview with fans said they didn't know the Gearbox PC game was a thing and that Eurocom would've happily made a PC port but EA never asked Eurocom to do it. But yeah best version of this game is the GameCube version.

@@kylewiggins3128I'm sorry to disappoint but I'm likely not playing that game since it's unfortunately quite rubbish. On 007 Mode especially it's ridiculously hard to an artificial sense. In terms of Bond games, GoldenEye is happening again I can tell you, but otherwise there's no other Bond games I'm gonna play.
@@TheFEARSlayer01 Not unless you study SergeantCT920's gameplay at ru-vid.com/group/PLA67C35D3C4D48365 It worked for Graslu00 and another friend of mine who made a playthrough of Tomorrow Never Dies, and it might work for you, as well. All you need to do is watch a video of the mission and then tackle it yourself on 007 mode. But since you gave a word that you won't be doing it, I understand.

Too much work to find a copy online, then to get it setup and recognizing my guitar. It's also more effort than I'd ever want to spend for an extremely mid game (That's me being nice)

The sequence is already fun & exciting FEARSlayer01. No need for flatout comedy. Even John Barry was not happy with the musical joke (see Jon Burlingame's book The Music Of James Bond) I guess it's a question of what one considers "fun." By their very nature, the Bond films are fun. However, in my opinion, comedy waters down or eliminates the element of danger, the cool thrills and Bondian excitement. I grew up reading the Fleming books & watching the early Connery Bonds so I guess I'm biased and was not the real target audience of the comedy Bonds which to be fair began with Connery's Diamonds Are Forever.
Another cringe worthy moment in the Roger Moore "Austin Powers" Bond era. As always with the Moore Bonds, tension & suspense is building only to be utterly defused by a joke! John Barry composed one of his most memorable action cues, Snow Job, yet Broccoli & others ruined the moment with the Beach Boys. If only Timothy Dalton and his more serious/Fleming presence arrived much much earlier. Sigh!
Genuinely, compared to a lot of gangster games (especially in the open-world area), I honestly prefer the combat here in spite of some of the jankiness. Surprised this kind of lockon doesn't really come up anymore. I really loved the idea of being able to lock onto an enemy but still single out a limb with the aiming. Plus, combined with the taunt system and how the points work with how you finished off an enemy... super satisfying gameplay combat-wise!
I really wish people wouldn't keep watching and commenting on these videos lol. I made these when I was like 14 or 15 and I didn't know a thing about editing and wasn't very good. Plus the audio is bad as is the video quality. Edit: Since some people took it literally: Guys I'm not mad anyone's watching these videos, I wouldn't delete them since I don't like removing memories. My point was I was more astonished people watched this video so much because the quality is bad and I've done far better ones since. Obviously I appreciate every comment and view, I'm just trying to figure this out is all. I do agree I should've probably said "I don't understand why" instead of "I wish people didn't"

"I'm going to let this video stay up with comments enabled but eff y'all if you comment on it 😣" sounds pretty crybabish to me and doesn't make any sense. Like "leave me alone while I go public here" 😄
I can agree that his walk (jogging) animation looks weird (robotic arm movement, etc) but on ps2 it isnt that bad, arm movement in run animation is kinda weird too , in case of tommy animations his jogging animation looks ok, I would even say its semi-realistic but his run animation in the other hand is just hilarous cuz he litteraly turns into roadrunner and he can easily outrun vehicles
It's only on PC when Rockstar ported the game they broke some animation because they cant/don't care about optimising control on PC Like there's three different - running jogging and walking animation only on PS2 but only one sprinting animation on PC
