My tiny Chihuahua I think 3 lb of love he shows me everyday he sleeps w/ me & we go on vacation 2gether he loves 2 fly & passengers has even asked me if I had the dog in there. Sign zip the top of it and said yeah he's right here so I said Louie show your face and he sticks his head out. He's the cutest thing. I just love him so and I've only had him 3 years so I hope to have him for a long long time So Much Love & Joy 💙🐾🐾🐾🐾💙
I had a black lab slash golden retriever we had him in the house for about 6 years ? And all he would do was lay under the table nothing but that and one day I was like you know what I’m gonna pull you out of that table and hang with me and I could tell he had anxiety about it so I went very slow and then his true personality came out and was the best dog I’ve ever had he’d be with me all the time and had 100 percent trust in me maybe 90
I hate that speakers, like this one, don’t immediately talk to their headline but first have to take us on some tangent. I still do not know the nine things I should not do.
My dog likes to lay on my lap during the winter, but during the Arizona summer she’ll stick close but not lay on me. It’s just too hot. She hates it when I have to leave. Dr. Appointments and family matters take me away. She’s always happy when I get home. I’m disabled so I’m home most of the time, but there are days when I’ve got things to do. I left one day and when I got home my son told me that she was howling. I’ve never heard her howl, so the next time out my son recorded her. Poor pup. I’d I could I’d take her with me!
My dog Louis, a Huskey newfoundland cross, was always doing the long eye contact thing. Especially in the evening when we were sitting down. Unless maybe he just wanted me to get off the couch so he could sit there. Ha ha!
My Angel was on heat and she and her boyfriend took off into the night so I went to all of her favourite places tooting the horn on my mobility scooter and calling her name. She always responds to that horn so eventually they both came running out from a block of flats. She always trusts me implicitly without fail. She's a great dog, loyal and obedient I'm so lucky.
Well, this video brought me to actual tears. Asper does all of this (except for stealing my stuff. I think it's because I'm the only human he lives with and my smell is all over) and I didn't know they were signs that he trusts me a lot. When he watches me I thought it was just "Imma focus because I'm a GOOB boy." but he trusts me and I need to go hug him now.
Aww, I'm so glad the video touched your heart! 🥹 It's so sweet to hear about Asper's loving and trusting behaviors. Give him a big hug from me - he's definitely a GOOD boy! 🥰
Dogs need attention and interaction...any dog I've ever had (I'm in my 60s) I constantly talked to them, touched them whenever talking to them, made them participate with whatever I was doing outside (i.e: having them follow me wherever I went)...if they were anxious for whatever reason, I petted them and talked to them...exersize twice a day, treats for doing simple tricks, sitting on the floor with them...endless tennis balls and a doggie pool in the summer
Both my blue staffys absolutely hate their bath times (which is only about 4-5 times a year depending if they get dirty) but when im in the bath they want to be there watching everytime also follow me to the toilet too, truth is they follow me everywhere apart from sometimes outside if they having to much fun they suddenly devolope hearing loss or cloth ears as i call it 😂
Sounds like you’ve got some dedicated little shadows! 😂 It's funny how they want to be with you all the time, except when they're having too much fun outside. Staffys are such characters! 🐾❤️
my dog goes STRAIGHT for the lips with licks. HOW do they know to do that?? And no one can say they smell food, okay? This happpens even in the morning before we've had breakfast even!
My dog tolerates us. She allows us to feed and take care of her but she moves away from us if we try to pet her. But we have a male friend who she absolutely adores. It’s disgusting to watch.
Ya, this modern dog stuff is so wimpy and soft. Just like everything else nowadays. It’s all idealistic but not rooted in reality. My golden retriever responded really well being sprayed with vinegar water every time he’d start ripping our pool’s baby gate. Totally stopped. This limp wrist video would have me giving him treats and pleading with the dog like a little b*tch
If your dog doesn't like you, place them with someone they like, then don't get another dog. The reason your dog doesn't like you is 99 percent likely your fault, not the dog's. If you think your life is too short, think about how short it is for the dog!
My border collie would give me the biggest smile each time I got home, full body wags, big smiles. It would make me laugh, so even more smiling. 0 chance she was "threatening" me.
