Very good and nice to see it again. But…. I went to see them in early 2000s and 90% of their material was directly from the TV show. Very little new material. Disappointing

Such a shame Gatiss has subsequently exposed himself as a douche woke luvvy. League of Gentlemen was ono of the best comedies ever to grace our screens.
I’ve always loved this sketch. Thank you LoG for this. I now call it Bamalamafishfash whenever at work you get the usual type of management style that expect staff to keep working, despite poor communication, shit support and guidance because only they know the rules, or at least pretend to. Brilliant and so well written. It has kept me sane through many troubled times in my workplace 🙏😁❤️

As the stories go, if it wasn't for THIS movie, *Blade Runner* would've had a LOT less neon in its artistic direction, (because Riddley Scott and Co apparently swiped a whole heap of 'em outta storage for their own futuristic LA sets, the year after *One from the Heart* wrapped)

They tried to copy the Beatles but the southern English aren’t particularly open or funny so they can never pull it off.The Beates were naturally funny.so they didn’t have to act.. I love The Jam , i love solo weller for the first five records and like the odd Style Council song but this is truly dreadful..

Absolutely! It is rare to see him speaking in this manner! ....I imagine he was humbled a good bit in front of Coppola, who at that time especially was just fresh off all his most monumental, career-defining movies: The Godfather 1 and 2 / The Conversation / Apocalypse Now etc And all the while still remaining an 'indie' director, outside the Hollywood money / production machine, which definitely has its own added artistic kudos (It does have an ever-so-slight vibe of 'dinner over at the bosses house')

In an audio commentary for Blood On Satans Claw, Mark Gattis said there is a second part to this sketch which is not included in the tv version, but was performed live at Drury Lane, and in this second part he raises his glass and recites a toast to the King, which is a reference to a line in Blood On Satans Claw. Has anyone seen this additional part and where on earth can I see it?

'Terrible' is a bit strong. Silly or inane perhaps. Indeed a genuinely 'terrible' video would be very inappropriate, considering the romantic, whimsical aesthetic the song captures. Thanks for watching, though. My other McAloon RU-vid offerings are slightly less shite.
