We are two friends who enjoy exploring abandoned places. We do have a reddit where we share photos, we are also open to any recommendations or feedback that could make the quality of our videos better.
@@Christ_iswithus I'm pretty sure there are a couple spots the will stay in and then they do rounds around the entire property, if you do end up going, please don't vandalize or leak the way you got in
That place was very dark so unfortunately even with a flashlight the go pro didn't pick up very much, but I have gotten a better light sense this so I have learned from my mistakes lol
I saw your previous comment and I personally don't like it when people take things from these places but I cant control what the people i went with were doing but the only things they did take were 2 signs that were on the floor.
I am old enough to remember when Olympia and Hamm's beer was still s thing. but I was just a kid back in the 60's and a teen in the 70's. always remember the jingle for Hamm's beer "From the land of sky-blue waters,[echoed] WATER!... from the land of pines, lofty balsams, comes the beer refreshing-Hamm's, the beer refreshing. HAMM'S!" see the commercial here: the first one is from the late 50's early 60's ,the second one is he one I remember as a kid. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7ZC3NUdjtug.html
Hey, if you wanna go back to get better footage, I’d love to come down from Whatcom County. I don’t know how to get in, so I’ve been looking for someone to take me.
We used to go on a tour when I was a kid in the 70 s was quite really cool with all the big pots and equipment at the end they would give free beer to the adults and free soda to the kids sad to see it in disrepair
That is sad. We toured this facility shortly after turning 21 in the mid-70s. We never dreamed it would look like this some day. Oly was our beer back in the day. The arguments we would have with those that favored Rainier Beer, another local favorite brewed in Seattle, were legendary. Olympia also brewed Olympia Dark. I always liked dark beer and I thought theirs was excellent. It was hard to find on tap. To my knowledge, they never bottled it. If they did, I never saw it in stores.
We were expecting someone to show up which ended up being a group of firemen which we didn't put on video and they said that they didn't care that we were exploring they just said that they were inspecting portions of a building that had burnt down a year prior so no security that we are aware of.
@@AdventureStones-zm4gd Thanks, man. There’s a string of locations we’re hoping to check out around Olympia. Let me know if you’re interested in coordinating.
Nice channel, guys. Subbed. I'm up in Whatcom County and I'm planning to make a visit to the brewery this Spring or Summer. My wife and I passed by it on our honeymoon and I instantly knew I wanted to check the place out. She did not feel the same. 😂
It has some very neat history I personally would love to explore the rest of the place and there's only 2 ways that I know of that you can get in from.
@@AdventureStones-zm4gd Is that info something you would share online, or would you mind emailing me? Also let me know if you and your group are interested in meeting up at Concrete with my guys in the next couple weeks. After Concrete, we're heading North for Sedro.
@@AdventureStones-zm4gd Oops, probably. I was visiting a bunch of channels that recently visited the brewery to see if I could get a small group and to try to locate the route in past security. There are a lot of recent videos from the past couple months, but none (rightfully so) share the exact route in.
@@EMMETT.mp4Oh, ok well good luck on exploring, that place is a bitch to get into though they have it locked down so I would recommend trying to go multiple times but don't let security see you or get your name just walk away if you see their car (and when I say multiple times I mean multiple times within the span of like 3-7 months)
Awesome video as always! Could you check out the abandoned Bally Total fitness in federal way and the abandoned boeing offices in Renton? Both have ways in! I even plan on going inside the Bally in federal way soon as I noticed the back doors propped open
I've considered going to the Boeing office buildings after I saw it on your channel, but I think it's better we don't just considering the crime and homeless in the area. Also, we could look up the Bally total fitness place that sounds cool!
@@AdventureStones-zm4gd ah ok, sometime this month me, Andy’s Retail Exploration and several others plan on going there as a group if it makes you more comfortable exploring it, you can join us if you want
@@Noahs_Retail-Urbex_Adventures That sounds cool! Me and my friend would have to talk about it. If I could get an email or whatever to reach you at that would be great.
I've had many talks with people who grew up around the brewery talking about how it was such a great place to hang around and how they had their first beer there. It it's shameful that its sitting in the condition it is in.
U guys have a lot to learn about filming a video that you are presenting to the public. After watching for just a few minutes I was physically ill from the camera shaking all over the place. Nix all the cussing too.
I agree... It does suck because what I (Logan main camera guy) hope for is something that displays these places perfectly. But what we get is something that does just half that, Main reason for cussing and shaky camera is us being nervous or scared. We are somewhat new to Urbex as this is the third place we have explored together. I am working on it and also thank you for the feedback!
Great find of that old building. I explored an inside abandoned Target in Federal Way. The inside was in much worse shape than this one. Feel free to check it out!
We have plans to explore places like the old mushroom farm and the Steilacoom paper mill an old target sounds pretty cool though where in federal way is it?
@@AdventureStones-zm4gd Sounds fun, good luck with that! Sadly, the abandoned Target in Federal Way got demolished last month. The address for that location was 2141 S 314th, Federal Way, WA. Basically, it's near The Commons at Federal Way mall.
@@AdventureStones-zm4gd There is an abandoned Gault Middle School. However, I've heard it's going get torn down really soon. I am not sure if it's still standing or not. A friend of mine who happen to be a new RU-vidr actually explored that inside abandoned school. He told me he brought his respirator because the building contains asbestos as far as he was concerned about it.
@@AndysRetailExploration Alright thanks ill look into it. It sucks because in Washington abandoned places aren't tolerated as much as they would be in other states.
Guards only station where you "got caught". If you ever wanna go back, just dont go in that area, there isn't any cameras or motion detectors also. Recommend going at night and/or on a weekday also.
Thank you, we have talked about going back to explore the larger buildings but also since there has been a fire in it, we decided it just too risky but thanks.!
