30th of March 2023 was a Thursday not Friday. I know because my sweet cat, who I loved a lot passed away on that day. ISo everytime you celebrate your business anniversary, I will be remembering my cat's passing. Nfot that I forget. I miss her every day and it's heartbreaking. The year 2023 was an awful year for me and my family. Glad you and your business is doing well.
Many years ago i used to buy my wife an expensive (£40) Emma Bridgewater mug for birthdays, anniversary etc. But they always came in packaging that said Emma Bridgewater on the packaging and so my wife knew what it was as soon as it came in the post. I asked EB if they could put into discreet packaging, but that "wasn't possible". I then started buying Cosy Aromas presents as my wife was more into candles than mugs, I asked Cosy Aromas if they could wrap in discreet packaging, i expected the same response as from EB, but they replied saying yes of course, no problem, such a nice touch! And now this is what i remember Cosy Aromas for, whereas i remember EB for quite the opposite. It's easy to please isn't it, if you really want to.
I really enjoyed watching Jess behind the scenes packing on Friday. Really enjoy the videos u make too Paul. I can completely understand your views on Black Friday, I sort of feel it’s designed to really force people to spend money. Regardsless of whether they can afford to or not. Where as the way you do things is a more family / friend type vibe. When u do your live events etc it’s like one big community and friends all coming together for a chat. Where as most retailers don’t take the time to get to know their customers. It’s a really daft little thing but for example on Friday Tamer picked my order. It was really lovely that not only did she say “Sabrina if u are still watching I’m now picking your order. “She had also rembered that on a facebook post, which I think she’d asked what people were hoping to grab on Black Friday that I’d said I was going to stock up on the 20g melts. Those little touches makes us feel really valued not just as a customer, but as a person, because on screen all u see is a name. But the fact that u take the time to rember something about the person behind the name . Ooops I’ve written an essay. 😂

Yes we've completed our Autumn/Winter product development, it's important to get that done asap. We do our best to try and stay 2 seasons ahead as that gives us plenty of time to create and test new products.
