To magnify Christ Jesus in a fallen world. To make disciples that love Christ and love others and are grounded in the Word of God. To edify each other by pursuing holiness and fleeing from the temptations of the flesh and world.
Call now, O sinner, on your coming Judge To be here even now as your Savior Fall now, O sinner, on the mercy and grace Of Jesus, our Judge and our Savior Who is He we shall meet at the end of life’s road The One who will judge every heart, every soul Who is He who will one day sift the tares from the wheat? Jesus, our Judge and our Savior Who is He who will end all the sin and the pain? The One who was dead yet who rose up again? Who is He heaven praises as the Lamb who was slain? Jesus, our Judge and our Savior For the Lord will come down and the trumpet will sound At the mighty command of the Lord And the saints will arise, meet the Lord in the skies To be joyful in Jesus forever
O God, You have chosen the Apostles to make disciples of all nations and by Baptism and Confirmation have called all of us to build up Your holy Church. We earnestly implore You to choose from among us, Your children, many priests, deacons, brothers and sisters who will love You with their whole heart and will gladly spend their entire lives to make You known and loved by all. Amen Fiat to the Will of the Eternal Father This divine 'Fiat' is an agreement to the Eternal Father's Will, a 'yes' response to His Will; a profound divine oneness to It. 'Let it be done.' In the Holy Trinity, there is perfect agreement to the Father's Will among the Three Divine Persons. The Father wills, the Son responds 'yes', and the Holy Spirit fulfils Their act. At the Annunciation Mary gave her Fiat by responding to the Will of the Eternal Father through the Archangel Gabriel: "And Mary said: Behold, the handmaid of the Lord; be it be done to me according to Your word." Lk 1:38. Pray this prayer every morning: My beloved Father, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Be thou my Father. Be always my eternal Father. Do not leave my soul. Do not abandon me. Do not leave me out of Your sight, my Father. For I am Your child whom You have created to please You, to adore You, to honour You, living my days as You have given me the license to live it. / offer to You my Fiat, through Mary, to Jesus, to You, Eternal Father. Our Father in Heaven is calling us, each and every one of us to return to Him, that is to enter to live permanently in His Divine Heart and to surrender to His Divine Will for our lives. In the Chaplet of Divine Mercy given to St. Faustina by Jesus we usually close with the following prayer: Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in these difficult times we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Eternal Father, may Your will be done in me and through me. Amen
