I got a feeling that the mods and admin are always in every one of the servers because there's always those unmarked red cars in the servers , someone did the exact same thing whenever i was on duty at the fire department i warned someone to get off the apron because they were blocking the bay and while i was confronting the individual the same red car came pulling up and they took over from there.
