I’m a first time Mama to an almost 9 mo and although Dad&I have her noise machine near her crib, we play this as another sound buffer to keep the outside world’s noises from seeping in. She is teething and it makes for fitful sleeps, but this helps tremendously. ❤
For me, people banging dishes in the background is worse than someone dragging their fingernails on a chalk board (remember those?). Love the brown noise to drown out the dish noise! Thanks!
This video has helped me so many times get through some tougher times with my variety of mental "illnesses" when they were making it hard for me to function. Just putting on my headphones and turning this on helps so much. And because I'm a student so I have to listen in class, it helps not completely tune out the world but enough that I can focus. I'm so glad I found this- it's changed a huge part of my life <3

I've been living with a noisy neighbor upstairs, and they literally gave me insomnia. They fucked up my sleep quality. I can not move either. Thanks to brown noise, I can sleep better.
Okay I love this and fall asleep to it every night now, but can anyone tell me why I'll get up to pee in the night and it's skipped to a different "white" noise video? The transition doesn't wake me, I'm just curious.
i share the same bedroom with my uncle and his snoring is so horrible i can't stand it. i used to spend nights without sleeping until one day i found brown noise. it's literally the only thing that blocks out my uncle's snoring. my life has completely changed since i discovered it lol, i fall asleep to it every night now
