I am a kenyan Born, Berlin based non binary film director/Cinematographer. I started in Nairobi and now I am doing projects mainly between Colonge and Berlin and sometimes in Nairobi. My work cuts across fictional materials and documentary. I sometimes work with experimentalism material. My hope is to archive, record, share and educate. I am all about black stories from fictional point of view to experimental. I am currently working on creating a QTBIPOC space in Berlin that caters for QTBIPOC bodies. The aim is to form a production company with enough capital to support its own stories.

It's kinda funny now to watch these videos, especially after those years. I was just a young boy getting started in Kenya without any skills, in fact, these materials were among the first works I did after having my first camera for a week on my hand. I just picked it up and felt like it was meant for me. The event wasn't even paid for. I went home also edited it all by myself with still no big knowledge but looking back it looks like a full production house with several camera people hahaha! I am happy. I actually took a pic with Mojo at the press conference but I was just too shy to even be in their presence. This shows the power of open mindedness. A tiny island was able to bring to people some semblance of self-understanding and the desire to show that it is ok to embrace differences despite of wealth, status, and color. Music is indeed blind! Love you dearly brother and your work but please don't create a new definition of what you think pan africanism is, our founding father his excellency Sir Marcus Garvey the great already told us. Its precisely for all africans abroad and those at home and we are one, ìts not for the whole world and all humans. We tried that in the past and it got us enslaved and colonialised. great stuff, Africa unite... however in terms of cinematography and picture, i would have thought the camera team/ crew should have made Chronixx sit where the interviewer is because he is the subject/topic for interview, its a bit disturbing visually the sitting arrangement,,BUT big up the information shared..
