Proclaiming the Truth of God's Word in an easy to understand Verse by Verse format, with an emphasis on context, context, context. Also presenting Christian music that is both Biblical and Edifying.
The millions and millions of lives changed by the Bible would certainly lend credibility to the truth of it. The bottom line is it’s a matter of faith, however I would suggest that the Bible is either true or it’s not. Consider this: Although many have attempted to prove the Bible is not true, no one has ever succeeded. It seems pretty clear that if it could be proven false, someone would have done so a long time ago.
I have some questions and was hoping you could give some insight So my friend was shot, and the guy that shot him is getting out after 2 years, and i am worried that he will come back and try to kill my friends again or me like he has threatened My question is, is it ok to kill someone cus of fear of losing my family? Would i still be able to get in heaven
Thank you for the wise advice, Pastor Dave. Spending time with Jesus is always the best choice! It reminds me of the words from the song, Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you, hallelujah.
It amazes me that people still try to tack on the word "truth" when speaking on a holy book. Calling it the "essential truth" is just a cop-out. Maybe the faith would do better just being honest.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1 John 3:16 - “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. Romans 5:8 - But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6
@Sumdonkus Yes, most of us have read the morally corrupt book you are quoting from. But that doesn't answer any questions now, does it? You are just knowingly and happily lying to people about your beliefs. You would be hopelessly lost just trying to prove any of those people existed, let alone what they said. Who wrote those lines you are quoting? When were those lines first written? Did they come from groups before the time they were claimed to have been said? Why is there so much wrong with the bible? You lot preach something you have no hope of showing why. It's quite comical just how redundant the Christian faith has become. You only quote the written words because it is all you have.
@Sumdonkus You use the written word because it is all you have. Your almighty idea left you guys painfully exposed and I'm here for it. It's sad but it is also hilarious.
