I saw Leon in the 1970's with Joe Cocker doing the ''Mad Dogs and Englishmen tour with Jim Gordon on drums it was great. Then my daughter Amanda bought us tickets to see him 2 years before he passed. We where right there in the front row at the Alter Bar in Pgh Pa. I will never forget that night. Leon and I were a bit older but still very cool.
I'm so glad I saw him perform toward the end of his life. He still had 'the stuff.' What a soulful singer, seemed to be excellent at picking his songs. Beware: this song has great choke-up potential.

The Church Studio was a glow from people all over the Country, and band mates where playing in town, and it was all capped of at Will Rogers High School for a Birthday Concert for the ages 🎹🌹🌅❣️
The sound of Journey songs is TIMELESS--- it does not matter who sings it !! BUT-- Journey is lucky to have found Arnel Pineda !!AP has that tenor unique masculine voice that has a natural rasp that makes it amazing !! He masters the song perfectly and is able to sing like in-studio recording while he is doing Concerts on LIVE---night after night !!! AP"s vocal versatility, talent, and unbelievable energy are the fuel that keeps the Journey Concert rocking for many years !! I lived through SP years --but he left Journey, band, so I move on, and so as SP ! Now, with AP around and delivering Journey amazingly well songs to maintain Journey's legacy-- why not? After all, SP left 30 years ago.. Some Bashers who are still hoping for SP's comeback---should understand that SP publicly claimed that he is NOT rejoining Journey ( even though AP publicly claimed that he would STEP BACK if SP rejoins Journey--BUT SP said NO in many of his 2018 Interviews.. SP plays SOLO now. ++! With NO one keeping its legacy and NO songs around on shows---- maybe the song will be forgotten, same with the band that goes along with it---and NO additional pay for SP ( because SP gets a cut each time there's Tour Concerts ! ) So, for a handful of bashers out there that want AP to fail----it's not worth it!! Schon and J Cain are NOT stupid to get a new frontman just to please a handful of bashers out there who some of them are racists! There are millions of people around the world that Journey had performed with AP loves and accepted AP and wish to see AP again on LIVE Concerts !! To get another steady frontman may take years--- at that time, maybe there's no more Journey at all !! AP is Journey's frontman for 15 years( from 2007--2022 and counting.. He had performed all over the world and millions of people had accepted him because they love Journey songs and he sings incredibly well each time on LIVE Concert! ######### Note: Lines that appear on top of my comment above is NOT my intention, I just have computer problem lately..
Oh that was years ago, I had to move and I had to throw it away! I still get upset about that every Halloween. I’m glad you like it, I ended up having a lot of inflatable’s but that was always my favorite.

I was there. Walsh was amazing. Seger acted like he was happier to be there than me and that's something because I missed the 3 sold out concerts for Night Moves at the Aud in Buffalo in the mid 70's and never saw him till this night so I was really thrilled to be there. There are a hand full of artists I would like to have a drink with and Seger is one of them.
A marvelous and gifted guitar and singer. When Dylan was at first starting, he was the prolific writer of folk rock, and several of Bobs songs helped some good bands get better, or get started!! McGwinn also helped Dylan some!! This was years ago and is now Rock n Roll legendary history!!
