I just installed the update and it seems like in the sampler middle C is written as C4 while in ableton its C3. So when i try to for adjust the root note to G3 and i play G3 on my midi controller the sample plays twice as fast and i have to remember to always have the root note a octave higher. Its really annoying
read the manual .pdf carefully on the installation location, it is a vst3 which have to be in very specific folder or they wont appear. also vst3 is 64 bit only not 32 bit so check if you are using FL studio 64 bit mode and a new enough version which supports vst3 plugins. email us at help@potenzadsp.com if you need further assistance
old samplers didnt have automatic match to project bpm, u do it manually by ear using the pitch and finetune on the top left of amigo. if you have a drum loop u first sync it to project using the pitch and finetuning, then u can use slice mode to trigger the slices and it will be in sync with your project
This was an insta-buy a few months back when I first saw it, but just had chance to play with it - happy to see that the sample start is automate-able, for all the effects I used to do with command 19(I think?) like the fake 303 filter cutoff trick, and triggering a sample every line at a really fast tempo and offsetting the sample start to create a pseudo timestretch effect
@@Skrenja it does have drag and drop, if it does not work for you its because of the DAW you are using not amigo plugin. forinstance Renoise does not support drag and drop with external plugins sadly nothing we can do anything about.
What i meant with that was uh, its a hassle to add automation on FL right now, you have to click tools and then get to last tweaked parameters and then add automation that way, why not just right click and "add automation"? And for weird problems, sometimes the Automation doesnt work. it sometimes just stays on 100% on. I havent been able to recreate the issue sucessfully. But it just happens here and there. Im using FL 21 on a Windows 11 computer
I can't thank you enough for this, Amigo Sampler has opened so much creativity in me once again! Can't stop making starting new projects with this, new ideas to experiment keep coming up. This was the best VST I've bought this year, big thanks. Would there be any chance for you to make a HiFi sampler with stereo support etc (keep Amigo as it is!)?
No. I refuse to believe that a plug-in this powerful is 10 quid. I, as many others, can not thank you enough for this. It's just gone midnight and I can't put my laptop down. I keep telling myself "Just one more break" or "Just one more chord". Thank you so much for this, you've had a great impact on the production community.
Any potential for an ADSR tab in the future? Would love a really simple envelope control! Hopefully this update will avoid some of my issues with losing settings, but if not have you guys considered an option to save presets?
Thank you! I have one more small feature request. In Renoise, I really liked using the Beatsync feature to have the sample automatically transposed based on the song tempo. This would likely be very useful for Amigo as well.
man i must be dumb as shit i was listening to this thinking 'this has amigo sampler written all over it' and then i realize minutes later your name is on the amigo sampler that ive been playing with for a minute
